WORKSHOPS
The workshops allow the arrival of the Sistema Lupo team at the center. They can be one-off workshops or multi-session programs, see all cases.
MATERIALS
At Sistema Lupo we generate our own educational materials in different versions, materials and scales. Some are commercial products, some are open source reproducible, and some are experimental.
MANUALS
The manuals collect possibilities of guided construction to support the didactics. The manuals are sheets with challenges common to all types of materials, although some are specific.
TRANSFORMATION OF SPACES
Participated transformation programs for educational spaces allow for advice at the center through annual programs led by teachers, children and families.
ACADEMY
Our applied research is complemented by a permanent dissemination work, contact us or follow us to learn more about texts, conferences and courses in the Lupo Academia section.

Sistema Lupo was born out of regulated education, specifically in museums and contemporary art centers. However, at present, different programs are developed in schools, universities, teacher training centers… And in different formats; conferences, short workshops, programs, summer courses, seminars…

Lupo is an open project in continuous development that works through its own patents and grows based on alliances with companies, organizations and educational or cultural centers. Its methodology is based on the following points.
Architecture
The transversality of architecture as a discipline allows us to work on the curriculum through the methodology of the project. The contents deal transversally from art and history to geometry, mathematics or science. (STEM) always trying to connect content.
Contemporary art
The didactics and projects are impregnated by the critical and artistic character from a contemporary conception. Artistic and visual education is one of the fundamental pillars of the project.
Community
The community in its different scales and meanings is transversally present in all the projects. Community as a shared creation of various members but also an educational community, a family unit, a neighborhood or city community.
Inclusion
Working with manipulative material favors participation in inclusion programs. It promotes the dissolution of barriers and allows us to bring together the positions and capacities of the individual within the group.
Ecology/Circular Economy
Both in the manufacture of our materials and in the space transformation projects that we accompany, the materials, techniques and means are completely linked to the use of nearby resources within a logic of comprehensive ecological and economic sustainability .
Play
The game is the great mortar of the system, the game allows generating the right atmosphere to attract and maintain the dynamics over time. It is never left out, we try to introduce the game from the initial analysis and theory to the execution phases either with blocks or with transformations. Playing with words, playing with ideas, play materials, play is something very serious…
Gender
Building blocks are one of those families of traditional games that have always been present in childhood, and are one of the few that have never been linked to any genre. This characteristic makes them conducive to enhancing dynamics and capacities without gender bias.
Active Pedagogies
The project’s methodology reinforces the processes, research and experimentation, trying to give the participant a leading role in decision-making and in the learning process, mixing theory and practice and always in an active way.
Big scale
Much of the proposed dynamics are closely linked to large scale and shared creation. Breaking the limits or extending them by expanding the scale is a very recurring strategy in Sistema Lupo.

Some of the materials are experimental and others replicable and open source. All our products in store are endorsed by the AIJU laboratories specialized in the toy industry and have the relevant CE labeling .
They are manufactured in the Iberian Peninsula and even though they are industrialized, some handcraft works survive in the process. This handcrafted concept is more evident in some than others, but common to them all. They all share the same patent 200902060 Detachable construction toy from large light blocks and procedure for its manufacture.
